Just hit the report button when something bad comes up?
Just because no mods are online doesn't mean a mod is watching. Some of can still access reports even if we're not logged in. 
Everything is better when you add a little cheddar, because when you have cheese your life is at ease

And yeah, Moderators get an alert message in their brain when someone reports something.
