All you need to do is make a character singing "ITS beginning to look a LOT LIKE ScratchMAS!"

This topic seems more like a competition, which belongs in the Misc. Forum 
Sooner or Later. Or sooner. Not much, except for a lot. In a way. But it will come no matter what.

Nah....
I don't think this is a competition, and even if it was, competitions don't belong in Misc.
But you're right, it doesn't seem like he's requesting anything, and he isn't offering his skills to others. This seems more of a collaboration thing, since it is allowing everybody to make their own character to participate in this project
