The saddest by far IMO is the end of Drawn to life. The second one is sad too.

The ending of Super Mario Galaxy still makes me sad if I haven't seen it in a while. About 2:37 in this video is the part that gets me.

The saddest moment ever was the brief moment where I thought FLUDD died at the end of Super Mario Sunshine. The best game in the world.

The game is fun though, but that particular song (along with the storyline) always made me cry.
