Hey guys and gals, this is TeamDeviseHelp here to help out the new Supervisors! There are lots of things Supervisors need to do, so that makes them very important.

First off, Supervisors need to make sure everything in their office is getting done at an appropriate pace. We can't come out with lots of good projects quickly if we don't make sure the elements for the projects are coming out quickly! It would probably be a good idea for you to set deadlines for certain parts of the projects, and to make an office page, so that your office can communicate in itself, and that other people from other offices can talk to your office directly.

Secondly, Supervisors are responsible for making sure that the elements in their offices are the best that they can be. If there is something that takes away from an element, or something that an element needs, be sure to say it. If we aren't straight with each other and willing to talk about flaws, our projects are going to suffer, and we don't want that!

Thirdly, Supervisors are responsible for posting completed elements. Please post them like this:
