Okay...a couple of things...
First, you can't trust that people on an outside site with the same name as a Scratch account really are that person unless you have left a Scratch comment and verified with them that it truly is them.
Second, if you have a problem with somebody, bring it to the attention of the Scratch Team using the Contact Us form, rather than splashing it all over the forums.
