I can do this, but some details would be nice. For instance, do you want a sprite like a video game sprite (pixelated)? Do you want it to be a side view? Do you want more than one costume? Also, concept art would be good, even if it was a terrible sort-of stick figure scribble, as long as it shows the position and stuff. Also, do you want the face to be clearly recognizable, or should it just look enough like him that you can tell it's supposed to be the Doctor?
