First Lego League Competition

Is anyone else doing this?  It's a Lego Mindstorms competition.  This year's theme is Food Factor - studying how food is transported until it gets to you.  I'm on the project team, which figures out a problem with food and has to come up with a solution.

Are all the competitions on the same day?  Mine is tomorrow.  Our team is probably going to stay at school working on it until 8:00 tonight.   hmm

Re: First Lego League Competition

Pfft wow. State is not tomorrow, but the next weekend. You have a late regional. (0)_(0)

Anyway, I made a swerve drive. There are 2 other people on my team. And I do half the work, they do the other half. Small teams rock!  tongue

Same here. We got a A+ in technical. A+ in teamwork. A- in research. D- in robot field. I took the percentages and turned them into letter grades  tongue

Re: First Lego League Competition

Well, yep, our project team stayed until eight, about 1/2 hour ago.  The robot team's probably still at school.

Wish me luck tomorrow!

Good luck to all you guys in the regional/state/whatever is coming up for you guys!

My school has a (school initials) Academy thing once in the fall, once in the spring.  I'm going to do the robotics thing in the spring!   smile

I hope you'll enjoy Mindstorms!

Re: First Lego League Competition

I miss FLL. I did it 5th-8th grade, but I'm too old for it now. It was a lot of fun.
