Blender is dragging really slowly
So, I'm using Blender, and it suddenly started dragging and zooming really slowly. In dragging, I mean SHIFT + Middle Click/Scroll Wheel, and by zooming I mean the scroll wheel. Whenever I do these, it doesn't lag or anything, they just move/zoom a few pixels at a time.
What did I accidentally hit, and how can I fix it?

the exact same thing happens to me all the time, i haven't found out how to fix it exept to append all of the objects into a new project

Blender dragging slowly? Why are you dragging it anyways? You can pick it up! 
Jokes aside try to save your .blend, and restart Blender. Then open your .blend again, and you should be fine.

Yeah. If you drag your blender around, it'll get scratches on it.
Perhaps you should get one of these?

when your in edit mode select a vedrtes and try pressing the "." that usually fixes it
