Christmas exams are coming up, and nobody is looking forward to them. We are all trying our best to revise, but we have a spot of trouble.
Our History teacher who is my best friend's English teacher.
And she bores the living daylights outta us. We had a history test today. Guess what she did? She took a magazine off one of the cupboards (obviously to make sure another teacher doesn't find them) and began READING IT. It was a GOSSIP magazine. My friend and I looked at each other. She read it for all of our 35 minute class. Seriously, what on earth?!
She gave a bad note to one of my friends for "incomplete homework" when all that happened was she accidentally missed one question, without realising. My friend got in trouble for it, and it was an accident, something that any sensible teacher wouldn't have minded.
She gave out to another one of my friends for reading ahead and teaching herself History in class. All the teacher was doing was getting us to read the book. She even moved her, especially when my friend criticised her "teaching techniques". All my friend do was speak the truth. But of course, she is one of those teachers you can't criticise >.>
In English, she reads them a story and gives out for petty little things. And teaches them history. In my English class, we have to pronounce things correctly, write letters, use good grammar, listen at all times (not hard. Seriously, I usually get bored easily, but NEVER in English XP) and behave well.
Discuss lazy teachers. Pfft.

Our history teacher has fell asleep in class before :L

My teachers are the complete opposite, homeworkwise - except for with one or two teachers, we NEVER get our homework marked. That's good for the people who never do their homework, but for the people who do (me), it makes it even harder to find motivation for homework, knowing that the teachers don't even care.
RANT OVER

Wow.... that's horrible. Reading ahead is fun though, especially when you read and eat cereal!
I had a very awesome teacher, who understood his students so well! He was so cool! It was amazing taking a class from him for 3 weeks. However, after that I had a jerk teacher who claimed we were not listening in class! She would even talk on the phone during tests! She screamed at kids for playing just a little bit, and finally she ignored us when we said hi. Oh yeah, she also got mad just because we suspected that she was not a good teacher. She got reported

I'll just go straight to my Year Head...
Or should I consult our class tutor? I think it is quite serious...

Who has more power? Or which one of these people can do something about it? If I am correct, the year head would have more power. Maybe you should try there 1st.

She would, but I'm in honours Irish, so it's easier to mention it to our class tutor... But maybe I'll say it to the Year head... Be brave xD she doesn't even know me cx

My history teacher is okay, she's not mean or anything, but the classes are so boring. Instead of having the class read from the history book, she just turns one of those audio tapes with the montonously-voiced people who sound like they want to kill you.
I try to pay attention to the audio tapes, but I'll just sort of stare at my book instead of reading it and then realize ten minutes have past and I haven't listened to anything
