why not have a fancy copy and a normal copy 

for example: A fancy copy lets you pick what you want to copy  like all the scripts or the costumes. A normal copy is normal like just copping every thing. I'm not sure what the difference is here.
the difference is that with a normal copy you copy every What? like normal. But with a fancy copy you can chose if you want to copy a 5 scripts out of a sprite with 10 It would be way easier to copy them all at once Although the grammar was entirely messed up in that sentence, I think I get what you’re saying. But a bulk copy wouldn’t be helpful. It would be easier to just copy the scripts separately. They all SHOULD have hat blocks on them.

there should be a new block it should be a package block 

for example: The Monticello browser in squeak which lets you upload projects and have versions on squeak source. why not something like that for scratch. I also still don't get what you're saying, but you can already upload a Scratch project. I will explain more in a different post because you are not the only one who wants to know more It still doesn’t make sense.

the project notes should be more like a wiki so it is not all cluttered up in one page.

for example: There should be a home page then the project maker  should be able to make different pages like an instructions page and a resources page and a advertising page. It's just the project notes. If you want advertising, you should suggest a new tab for advertising. The project notes are just to describe the project, and give additional information. And I don't find them cluttered.
you are right but if you had a wiki for each project it would look cleaner  There are two ways this could be done. Either squishing the wiki into a tab in the project notes, which would be so much disorganized than the text now, that you can’t comprehend it. Or, there would be a link to the Wiki, which would look ugly. Would it be under a tab saying “Wiki for this Project”, and then... What? Just a link? That wouldn’t look professional, as if Scratch doesn’t already have that problem anyway. Not to mention that Scratchers would have to MAKE the Wiki, and since Scratchers already don’t put notes, this would create WAY more spam than you think. And many Scratchers don’t understand the syntax for using a Wiki, and might get false information, which wouldn’t even have a citation.
