Ok, I'm not logging in for a while.

Rab, when I said "don't hunt creepers on the flat land" I really did mean "don't hunt creepers on the flat land", thanks for blowing up half the house and making me go round the whole place filling in creeper holes.

There's a massive bunch of creepers on the land, about 15 or so, annoyingly they don't burn in sunlight so I'm screwed.

I would, but he seems pretty new to Minecraft, so I don't know if I can trust him.

He's one of my IRL friends, I think he'd be OK, but I do understand. I just wish one of you had replied, then I'd stop spamming it

I know you're probably annoyed about the whole "nobody's working on the city" thing but that is one of the things I wanted to talk to you about. I have a massive piece of almost flat land (118x118), when it's flat we will start working on the new city (I have a plan for it on my creative server, I was going to ask if you wanted me to make it phoenix creative, but I'm doubting you care) then we will make it the spawn city. Once it's all flat then I can get help from everyone, helping out will get you your own house (there's 16 houses all together) and you can choose the color of the floor.

To keep things clean and working normally I will need people to request planning permission before doing any changes to their house (breaking through a wall, changing a floor, etc) this means:

A. It can be assessed to see if the plans will cause a fire hazard.
B. I can keep the city in theme, no wooden newb shacks in the middle of the estates.
C. No landhoggers, people won't suddenly expand to take up 300 blocks to the east.

Houses will cost a lot if sold, you are allowed to have as many plots as possible and if you have two buildings close to eachother you are allowed (with planning permission) to merge them. The new kingdom will be called "Dreamblood", and with the city being the capitol of the kingdom it will be called "Dreamblood City". It features:

1 highstreet, shops can be bought here and businesses are encouraged.
4 housing estates, 2 fully attached and 2 semi attached houses per street.
1 mansion, here the political members of the kingdom will reside and sort out the city.
1 factory, huge storeroom and 2 "conveyor belts", made for lots of workers.
12 farming areas, for most of the food needed by the city, these will be owned by the city and we will hire workers to farm. Workers will get paid and hopefully we will get a nice economy going.
1 city square, it is here that the mayor and king will make speeches and votes will be made on laws.
1 skyscraper office building, it is here you will be able to run your company and rent an office floor. You can buy any of the shops on the street, but your company must have some sort of theme, you can't have a furniture shop and sell fried chicken, you have to have a general idea of what you want your company to be.

The city WILL expand in the future, it is likely that we will work on some industrial estates later on and work on some more stuff for the companies to buy so they can rule. Higher members of the city are me, Rabbit, Gbear and maybe Adrian. Anyone can run for mayor, but once I'm voted out I will return to the status of higher member and I'll still have a large say in the city. Higher members of the city will stay in the mansion. There will be an underground tram line, any mining must be kept to plots and with planning permission first.

Just look at the town buildings, creeper damage everywhere

It's been like that a while, they don't burn in sunlight and they blow up even when you're quite far away, they're stupidly annoying and I hope they're nerfed soon.
