How do you move characters?

How can you make a character appear in a certain moment?
For example, when  character1 is saying something, the character2 should appear.  smile

yes u should be able to
download it
go to sounds
import
find the music then use this block

<play sound[ name of music

Just make sure that you have royalty free music so you are legal

I always thought it was only WAV? Whenever I try an MP3 it goes all funny, like it keeps stopping and starting.
