Mac Os x is based on Linux....

Nope.
It's based on NeXTSTEP through the OPENSTEP line which are related but not the same.

Yeah.

Mac OSX is based on all the past Macs, which are "based on NeXTSTEP through the OPENSTEP line" which is based on unix. (I think)  Linux is an open-source version of the UNIX operating system.

There is a linux kernel available on internet ?

And Which has huge work done on it already ?

First of all, let me tell you some things:
A. I am in my senses.
B. I hate Linux. HATE, HATE, HATE IT.
C. I don't give a Rat's about what M$ wants to whine about.
D. I already have an idea what an OS is (even hacked them many times before), and
E. I'm making this OS Win32-based REGARDLESS of what ANYBODY says. Period.
To add to E, I never said the final product was based on a WinNT kernel to begin with, so get off my back. I have plans to base WSOS on the ReactOS operating system and if that doesn't work and all else fails, Windows NT 5.1 (Windows XP SP3) will be the base for WindozeNT Software Operating System. If you have any compilants, send them to /dev/null. Thank you.

Do you have a reason for hating Linux or did you just pull that out of a garbage disposal
I mean seriously why

Linux/UNIX won't be around forever.

Yes, I have multiple reasons for hating Linux. One would be their constant (and honestly ridiculous at that) negativity towards Windows (unless it's against IE, then I'm for them). Another would be that many Linux/UNIX users are smug right out of their pants. Third is that most bundled software pukes random machine code into iPod databases. Shall I continue?

1. That's not against Windows. It's against Microsoft, a multimillion dollar corporation. I agree with them. If Windows was free software, I'd be a lot happier with it. Also, that's nowhere near all of the Linux using community. Linux isn't a company. It's just a bunch of hobbyists.
2. Sure, many are, but I know a lot more Mac users that are smug. Even Windows users are too. That's just a stereotype.
3. What the...? What are you using? A lot of distros don't even come with any software, and ones that do are always safe. What are you doing? Using Quadrapassel to load songs onto your iPod?

1. But if it's against Microsoft, then it can also be at Windows since the topic was about OS market share. Thus, it should be or appear to be at Windows because it is Windows who owns this major part of the market share.
2. That is true...Mac users can be smug. But I don't know any smug Windows users.
3. It was Linux Mint 10.1(0) (I lost my Ubuntu disc). I played some stuff using a bundled music player. When I returned to Windows and ran a program called "Pod Player" (that direct-IE-linking program I mentioned in the NTSoft thread), it complained about extra data residing in the database while it was loading (which turned out to be puked-out machine code). The iPod itself took awhile to make sense of the whole mess and as a result of the new-yet-unnecessary data the Linux music player messed up the functionality of several non-Apple Made-For-iPod programs. I had a backup of the database so recovery of the database was practically instant. The next Anti-Database program is Winamp, which likes to corrupt Album Art and custom playlists.
