can you make scratch better so you can change the pitch and speed of an imported sound?

Re: improvements

Good idea, it also would be great to be able to detect the pitch of the microphone or a sound. Like the loudness block but with pitch.

Re: improvements

Instead of using a sound editor, it'd be nice if we could just use Scratch instead.

Of course, Scratch wasn't made for editing sounds...  lol

Re: improvements

This would make scratch so much better!
Then you could make different characters with only your voice using only scratch!

If you are reading this, please read to the end, because if you don't you won't know what's at the end. Don't just skip to the end though otherwise you won't be able to read the middle, which is most important. Now you must be wondering why you just read all that, the reason is you may have not noticed something, read it again and see if you notice it this time  smile

Re: improvements

There is a sound editor in the 2.0 prealpha so I think they'll have something like that. You could also use Audacity, a free sound editor.

I use Audacity but don't some people have to pay for it?
