Next time you do something so big could you make it an event? It's a once per map thing and you only told people who were online at the time meaning others would come on and be disappointed.

I think I know why the nether resets when qaz tries to install bukkit.
Bukkit takes the nether and end out of the file when it is running. So when you try to run the server the normal way again, it doesn't have those files there. so there probably is about 2 nether files and 2 end files just sitting there.
In other news I think every person should have the option of going to the end. So far, these people have gone to the end:
Rabbit
Me
Gis
Bioa
Nexstudent
Maybe you could "try" to get bukkit again qaz, get the portal to only 2 eyes in again, and people could take another group to the end? :3 They would still have to get the stuff. And only one trip per person.

Ugh, tamed a wolf, it gets lost and I accept that it's gone, 9 hours later it tps to me, I make it sit in the house, I go out the house then the wolf suddenly teleports to me and starts attacking an enderman and dies.
Notch really sucks at AI.
