Would you say this is cheating?
I have Link's Awakening for 3DS. I am att the part where you need 500 rupees. I am at the trendy shop and every time i get the 30 rupees I create a restore point so if i mess upI can go to the restore point to try again without losing any rupees. Woudl you say that is cheating?
It's my birthday. Deal with it.

No, I do a similar sort of thing in Football Manager for iPod. Whenever I win a game, I save, but if I lose I quit and keep replaying the game 'til I win

Even stealing from the shop isn't cheating. It's built into the game.
