Here's another one...
1.Find some small plastic bugs (I Recommend little ants or flies).
2.Fill an ice cube tray with water.
3.Drop one bug into each compartment.
4.Pop the tray in the freezer, and wait until the water hardens.
5.Put the buggy in someone's drink, and wait for the shrieks!

Oh, and P.S.: As long as their drinking, why not slip some sugar or salt into their drinks? Use just a TINY BIT. The water won't taste terrible, just a little bit "off." See how long it takes them to give up their "Oh-so-slightly-seasoned" drinks!

Here's another funny one:

When I was in first grade, I found that the water fountain's nozzle was loose. Just before I left, I'd twist the nozzle so it'd face the drinker.

It took a couple months for me to be caught. :C

This isn't so much of a prank as away to freak people out:

Go into a crowded shop, or preferably a crowded lift (so the people are close together and not moving). Get a shopping bag or something then wait a while then open it, put your head near it and say, "hey, got enough air in there?".
