How do I get my project Front Paged. I've always wanted this to happen! Who chooses what projects go front paged?

Not everyone's projects get front paged. Mine never have.
To get on the front page, your project has to be:
Top loved
top viewed
top faved
curated
top faved
or featured.
This is hard to do.
