Recently, when i have been going on scratch, when i select a project, it loads for a few seconds, then i recieve the "a problem with this webpage caused it to close and reopen the tab, it appears to have a problem" message.Is it just my computer or the webpage and if it is my computer could someone tell me how to fix it please?

Clear your cache or however you spell it. That will delete cookies and stuff so it doesn't store old version of the website, so you can see the new one successfully.
If this does not work, I suggest useing either Firefox or Aroura, both avalible for download payment-free at: http://www.mozilla.org/
They both have add-ons that help protect your computer. I perfer Aroura, because it's faster and easier to use.
If the problem still goes on, I suggest contacting the Scratch Team about this issue, by using the Contact Us at the bottom of every page (I have also linked it above, right in that blue-ish text)

That actually happened to me yesterday too! I think it was a glitch in the server. I have not had that problem since. I was about to post the same thing, but I was not sure if it was just a little problem and now I know it was. Don't worry, I don't think it will happen again

So is it fixed?
well, i fixed it by going on a differant computer and changing java player to flash player.i guess the problem was with java player

i sometimes get errors like that. Try reopening or refreshing the page. Or just get flash player instead. maybe it's the java thats the problem.
