It is a fighting game and has alot of details and it made perfectly besides the graphics. How can i possibly upload this to scracth, i feel alot of people would like it. Please help and thank you.

I don't think there's any way of getting around the 10MB limit on the Scratch site.
You could try uploading it to your own site; or you could try reducing the file size — remove unnecessary sounds and costumes, and compress the images to make it small enough.

Go to Edit > Compress sounds or Compress images and choose your compression quality. That should help

Sorry, but it's impossible. You could try ticking the 'Compress all images and sounds' box, and then if it's still too big then you'll have to delete some of the music.

As others have said, your best bet is to use the menu "EDIT > Compress Sounds" in the Scratch program.
That's what I had to do with my latest game to get it below the 10MB limit. After I compressed the sounds, my game went from 11MB to about 4MB.

Get rid of any music
Look for unnecessary images
