"When stop all Clicked" block?

I'm wondering if anyone can give me the squeak code for a "when stop all clicked" block, so I can paste it into Panther's CYOB.

Basically, it's a hat block like "when green flag clicked" but the opposite: when someone clicks the red stop sign or the "stop all" block is run, the code executes before the project stops.
