why
why does there have to be the "At least 60 seconds have to pass between posts. Please wait a little while and try posting again. " thing? it's really a pain! could you please remove it? please?
more people like the letter B than the letter A!

I think it is to keep spambots from overloading the board. Waiting 60 seconds is not a big pain, but wading through 1,000,000 spam messages would be.
