If they don't trust Scratchers with access to the mod forum, of course they trust complete strangers marked as "guest" with access to the mod forum. Makes so much sense.
If you think that guests can access it, just change the id parameter for the forum in the url bar.
Go up to 46, misc. but it'll probably be before that. So just keep trying and you'll never find it.
