suggestions
copping, new block and a wiki for each of your projects

why not have a fancy copy and a normal copy 
for example: A fancy copy lets you pick what you want to copy like all the scripts or the costumes. A normal copy is normal like just copping every thing.

there should be a new block it should be a package block
for example: The Monticello browser in squeak which lets you upload projects and have versions on squeak source. why not something like that for scratch.
_________________________________________________________________________________
the project notes should be more like a wiki so it is not all cluttered up in one page.
for example: There should be a home page then the project maker should be able to make different pages like an instructions page and a resources page and a advertising page.

why have a wiki for each project?!
daya know how much space it will take?
would you like to write a wiki for each one of your projects?
anyway, why not integrate an instruction page to your game? ;P
about the copying, im pretty sure in s2 there will be a button which says 'remix this project' or something similar. you can always put scripts on costumes and export what you'd like to, you know?
what did you mean with the browser? :S

still don't understand what u mean with 'browser', further explaining may be good, but:
why would you like to have two different versions of the same project?
just update, or upload with different name if you really care
collab, they said theyll do something about this. wait n see

for example it you made a rely complicated project and you changed it around and saved it then you change it again and find out it is not working and you need to go back to the older vision and you forgot how it worked also you can not find it because it got deleted because it got saved but it was changed and got saved over so you will never get the code again. 
that is why I want to two different versions of the same project

sorry it has taken so long and it will take a bit longer but I do not know how to explain it right now

It's just the project notes. If you want advertising, you should suggest a new tab for advertising. The project notes are just to describe the project, and give additional information. And I don't find them cluttered.
