App Inventor - Scratch Like Interface

I admit, it's not entirely like Scratch's interface, but it is something, right?

You can create Apps for Androids with ease.

I'm about to download and install it, but has anyone else tried it yet?

Re: App Inventor - Scratch Like Interface

Google's going to discontinue it. It's good, though.

Re: App Inventor - Scratch Like Interface

Yeah, I used it before. It's pretty cool since it's a really easy way to make stuff for Android, but I personally find it limiting and simplistic.

Re: App Inventor - Scratch Like Interface

As part of its research, the new Media Lab center will be engaged in studying and extending App Inventor, connecting App Inventor to MIT's premiere research in educational technology and MIT's historic track record of open software innovation.

Re: App Inventor - Scratch Like Interface

It looks awesome! I saw it before, but I have an iPodTouch.  sad  I wish I could make apps for my iPodTouch with it.

Re: App Inventor - Scratch Like Interface

App inventor is really annoying me. I tried to make tic tac toe and it cant even do that. What we really need is a way to convert scratch into apps for android or apple.
