scratch test: a place to host scratch php projects!
what does it do?
1. it sends a email with the source of your php
2. i review the php
3. It gets uploaded at http://scratchtests.comze.com/tests
4. The link for your project gets sent to you
5. Your php project is online!
I think this will be most helpful to api makers in scratch and other scratchers too

Lol I already had Scratchtests.co.cc, but it isn't for this, it's just for putting on things which Scratchers have made.
