Braces. DX

I just got braces on today. They hurt so bad, and I can't eat a lot of food I like.

Discuss braces.

Don't worry. When I got mine in August, I couldn't eat ANYTHING. They hurt for like a week and then, afterwards, you can eat all sorts of stuff.

Even me, and I have this thing that juts out from behind my front teeth!

Just take an aspirin and you'll be fine  smile

I've got braces. Yes, they hurt REALLY bad at first!  sad  No fun AT ALL!
To fit my braces on, I had to have little gaps made inbetween my molars, using these tiny white bands. They made by jaw ache SO BAD!!! Worse, we went to get ice cream that week. I made the mistake of getting chocolate chips in mine. Yep, they were the hard kind. I ended up only eating a little bits and spitting out those chocolate chips.  sad  THAT was sad.

Don't worry, though! After awhile, they'll become a part of you.

I don't think needing braces has to do with how well you take care of your teeth.

oh yeah, i did that once and got an admin message for cheating the swear filter or something. wut's up with that? sounds a little overzealous to me.
