||| Can Someone Help Me Make A Trading Card Game? |||
well? It's a TCG (Trading Card Game). I have no idea bout php or... well anything. I want it to be for my class, and I want to create the cards. So, can someone help me?

I know a program that lets you make trading cards.
You can do it online but it has the site link in the bottom left corner, you can download it for free but it has a really faint watermark or you can buy it.
