how do people get mooving profile pictures?

Seems like all the newbs are asking this.
Create an animated .gif and set it as you're profile picture. While I don't mind answering questions, it might also help if you check to make sure that this question wasn't answered a couple hours ago.

There seems to be a lot of topics about how to get a moving picture!
Well, the answer is to get an animated gif. file. You can make your own online, in GIMP, or in Photoshop. You can also search for them on google. Just type in what you want and "animated gif" after it. Hope this helps!
