Hmm... practical things.
BTW: In the UK, if your 10+, you can go to jail for your actions.
If it was me, I would SERIOUSLY do this.
@ Get my friends, meet him, when he swings for me, my friends attack him (self defence)
@ Telling will make things worse unless your discreet
@ Where do you meet him? Dont go there anymore
@ Fill a thermos with boiling water, then when he attacks you, unleash it!
@ Stay near an adult on Sundays.
Err... no. Telling will NOT make it worse.

If I was going to do something like that, I'd send it to the police, or his parents or my parents, not blackmail him.
How about blackmail him and then send it to the parents / police anyways? Play it like a true winner
Or play it like the better person, and not blackmail him.

Better in what sense? More moral?

Yes
You could blackmail and still be moral. For example, going to the police could be worse for him than just having him do whatever it is to keep you quiet so it's the more moral choice. And it's also moral to go to the police with the tape. So you're actually double moral.

Err... no, that's not how it works. Morality is not dependent on how good or bad something is for the subject. It's about what's the right thing to do. Forcing him do what you want is not the right thing to do, whereas telling the police and his parents, so he can get properly disciplined, is.

There's more than one definition of morality

Well that's the definition of morality that I am talking about.

You should talk to your parents or other adult you trust - before the situation snowballs into something worse. In the meantime, try not to let yourself be alone with this kid. Get witnesses and evidence - harming other people is against the law.

Where is it that you see this person, and what exactly is he threatening you about?

Maybe he sees him at church? He said he sees him only on Sunday *shrug* I could be wrong though
It seems a bit weird to threaten people at church

That's what I was thinking, too.

Say that he's a terrorist (seeming he's terrorizing you).
Call cops.
Get told that they will send over someone to deal with the terrorist.
Wait for FBI, CIA and any other over the top law enforcement group to arrive.
He gets arrested.
You get thanked for reporting terrorism.
He gets arrested to help in the war against terror.
America is great.

I think this person is looking for serious help, actually.

Seriously, tell someone. And stay near an adult during Sundays. And everyone, stop coming up with ridiculous, ineffective ideas before this gets closed for being a TBG.
