Help (Ctrl + Shift + Right Click on the R)

I did this and started messing around, but I accidentally must have deleted something. Because when I exit out I can't get back on Scratch; it just doesn't do anything. It doesn't show error messages or anything. When I tried to re install it it said it couldn't open the file to write over it.
(This is the file) C:\Program Files (x86)\Scratch\.\Scratch.exe
I need help or maybe an older version of Scratch.

Try running it as an administrator. See if that fixes it.  hmm

Or, if you aren't administrator, the use this
Also, try deleting the version of Scratch you messed up using Windows Explorer.

Re: Help (Ctrl + Shift + Right Click on the R)

First, delete the entire Scratch folder, and any shortcuts/copies.

Then, download Scratch again.

It should work. As long as you delete any connection of Scratch with Squeak SmallTalk on your computer. (which should be easy, unless you did the exact same thing to any other Scratch Mod you downloaded) Don't delete any Scratch mods though, just Scratch. And when you download Scratch, it should work. I'm 84% sure.

Re: Help (Ctrl + Shift + Right Click on the R)

I tried deleting the folder, but it says, "This action can't be completed because the folder or a file in it is open in another program." I shut everything down even WE. I'm going to restart my computer and try again.

I deleted everything and it worked; I just had to reset it. Thank you for the help.

Did the re-download work well?
