I know I'm not running for mod but I'll post the policies I want anyway, some we already have, some we don't.


No gifting.

No stealing, UNLESS there is a chest out in the open without a sign saying it's owner.

No griefing, UNLESS someone has been perma-banned and will not return in that world for sure. Then you can greif there house for fun. :3

TNT should be allowed only for: Mining and griefing banned player's houses. And not for mining in the city or a large populated area (incase it damages another player's mine)

PVP would be allowed anywhere except the victim's houses and you can't spawn kill (unless it's too stop someone griefing or something).

You cannot reserve plots of land larger than 24x24 and in the city you can't reserve land larger than 16x16.

Admins and mods cannot: Gift unless something has been griefed or stolen. Then they MUST gift the items/blocks the victim lost to the victim.
They cannot fly, unless there are reports of rule-breaking and they need to get somewhere fast to stop it.
They cannot teleport unless: They have the person's permission AND one of these things: The person is stuck in an unescapable place. The person is being spawn-killed. Or the person is breaking a rule.

Punishments: The admins (not mods) would discuss and choose 3 possible punishments. The mods will then vote on which one to use. But before they can pass the punishment they need to ask the community if they think it's reasonable.
