Getting project notes on an HTML page

I would like to put the notes from my project Dig! Dig! on to an HTML test page I'm making. It's not a huge deal, but help would be nice. Thanks!

Ask me what I'm doing, wait an hour than roll a die, if it's 4-6, I'm playing Skyrim, if it's 1, I'm eating, if it's 2-3 I'm programming.

Read the <dc:Description> tag from the site.

Back in my day.... there were no laws that censored the internet... now, there are.... nah.
