Applying for Admin position.

Previous Positions (Any MC servers): Moderator on Phoenix Survival

Why you want to: I want to be admin because I think that listening to what the people want is always the bests way to keep the server at its best. I have always listened to what people have to say, and if I was admin, I would be able to make change based on people's opinions.

Why you think you'd be good: Like I said, I always listen to people and am good with dealing with player's complaints. I have been a mod and a very dedicated player for a while now, and I am familiar with commands. I am also on good terms with pretty much everybody on the server.

Policies you want:
1. 0 Tolerance for Griefers
2. No gifting no matter what
3. Limited allowed swear words, and no tolerance for insults and/or racial, sexual, or and hurtful remarks

Any other info:
I really think I would be good for this position, and I believe many people would like having me as an admin. I understand the powers of an admin, and the responsibility that comes with these powers. I believe that I can help this server very much, and help it be even better than it already is. Please consider me.

Alright. I'm demoting Rabbit to moderator. I don't think his mistakes were severe enough to justify a complete removal of position, and he's been a long-time member of the server and has done a decent job.

There's one admin position open and I'm going to add another moderator position open. Two admins and three mods.

Previous Positions (Any MC servers): Moderated on 2 outside of Scratch and was an "Immortal" on Everglade and also I help out ihaveamac's server. Oh yeah, I'm an Admin on Elftown.
Why you want to: To help out Phoenix Survival as much as I can and stop rule breakers/griefers
Why you think you'd be good: I've been an "Immortal" on Everglade, I'm a mod on ihaveamac's server and I've been modded twice on two non Scratch servers and I'm an admin on Elftown
Policies you want: Griefers and Rule Breakers would be punished severely.
Any other info: I really enjoy playing on Phoenix Survival, it has a great staff and a friendly, helpful community. Exodus is dying down and I want to help out this server more, as much as I can.

Why you want to: I think I can help keep the server out of trouble, and I think I can help keep the server in order.
Why you think you'd be good: I have helped keep in order quite a few other servers, including one I even ran myself, and I think I have been on enough ather ones to know what the server needs/what is good for it.
Policies you want: 
1) No Griefing (duh)
2) No Stealing/Chest protection (duh)
3) No Swearing (Within limitation, I think we should get a censoring plugin)

Any other info:  I'm applying for both admin and mod, but mainly mod.

I think we should get a plug-in which replaces bad words with less offensive alternatives, there was an advert on GTA 4 which was brilliant.

But really, I don't care if anyone swears but I know some people are afraid that someone else might be offended (when the people that might be offended are actually afraid someone else might be offended and so on) so we need a more client based one, still a plug-in though. It should be on by default when a player first enters the world and can be turned off with a nifty /command, this way I don't need to prune my language to that of the tellytubbies and you can all prance around with innocence knowing that it won't be taken from you any time soon. Seriously though, this'd stop people complaining about swears (or words which aren't swears to some players) and they can keep the censor on and not have to worry.

Phoenix SURVIVAL a LEGIT server, teleports are only allowed when someone respawns at the spawnpoint (due to it breaking) and so what, you gifted a diamond pick? It's a diamond pick, it's a late game item which you got for free by abusing your powers. Qaz deopping you wasn't childish, it was wise. I very much doubt that PS took away your life, you could've resigned at any time and nobody would force you back in, this is a legit server and items should only be gifted if they were lost due to a bug or any other non-legit way of dying, like suffocating due to lag.

Previous Positions (Any MC servers): Op on Everglade, Neverwinter, Exodus and a non scratch server where I was voted Op(Obsidiancraft).

Why you want to: I've actually loved Phoenix since I came on it at the time when we almost merged. I want to help with the server, whether it be by being an admin or by donating a few dollars. Also, as this is by far the largest scratch server, it would attract the most griefers, and I know how to handle them.

Why you think you'd be good: With all my previous experience, I know how to help servers, and how to stamp out griefers. I also have experience with plugins and negotiating.

Policies you want:
> No gifting
> I think TNT and other destructive blocks should only be allowed with permission.
> PVP anywhere except in houses and buildings(as in also in town).

Any other info:
I am completely dedicated, as in once I get into a server, I shut down all others. I am helpful and patient. I also have experience with servers, and have a cure to the "invalid server" issue. I cannot pretend that I had issues with gifting in the past, but I have gone completely legit about two months ago. I also feel that things should be done correctly, as in not using WorldEdit to make a tower(remember gbear?).
