Friend with a "Jiggling" problem

He randomly says: "Watch me Jiggle! Wiggle, and jiggle it! Wiggle and jiggle it! Watch me jiggle." But he says it in song. Discuss insane friends.

Me and my friends are always somewhat insane. For example when Allie and Emily got into the "gypsy toilet" incident. And by gypsy they meant genie.
