Sprite? Or costume?
Right click the sprite/costume, export sprite/costume.
Upload. However, sprites aren't pictures, and so you can't "see" the costumes. So export the costume.

Go to your My Stuff page, and click "change picture". Find the image in your files, and update it.

From scratch
1) make sprite
2) right click - export sprite
3) save it somewhere you can remember
4) upload it to imgur (best IMO) (no account needed) dropbox, or some toehr image host
5) copy bb-coded image (from imgur. I have no clur about other 2)
6) paste into post

do steps 3-6
