Best time of day to upload a project
Hey, I made a really nice game (don't be fooled by my new scratcher status) and I was wondering what time of day most scratchers get on so I can get as many views as possible. I am in the eastern time zone. Thanks for all the help

Well, there is not a time, but you can advertise!

Well, there is not a time, but you can advertise!
What project?
I can't tell you very much about it right now, sorry. Should I start advertising for it before it comes out, or should I upload it before I advertise for it? And I'm not sure how I can advertise for it right now, because I am a new scratcher and therefore cannot set a status. I think I could advertise with my other account though....

Interesting question!
It depends on whichever option seems more appealing to you as they both have their pros and cons:
Weekends and afternoons are probably when most scratch projects are uploaded (I'm sure you can find actual user visit data somewhere...). However, if you update during a busy time of day, lots of other projects will be in the newest projects section as well, and yours would get buried underneath others very quickly.
Weekdays during early morning and late evening are probably the least busy time of day, however because not many people would be online, not many people would see your project.
If you really are interested in getting a lot of views, (even though it's contrary to what the scratch team supports 
) advertising on the show-and-tell forum can be helpful.

Here's a link to some statistics, but none of them focus on day-to-day usage. Oh well.

I'd say on a Saturday, roughly 11:30 in the morning. That's when activity starts heating up on the site, so you'll get the full impact of all those people in your view count.

The earlier the better. This gives people more of a chance to see it. But if you aren't finished with the project until 3:30, then don't release it until 3:30. 
What I'm trying to get at here, is that the time doesn't matter that much since there will always be another day, where the project is available to any Scratcher. But if you want the most views in the least amount of time, I would say 12:00 midnight. But since most normal people don't wake up at midnight, I suggest whenever you get up in the morning.

Sorry, I can't tell you that either. I made a new account so that I could start over completely, with absolutely no reputation whatsoever. If I tell someone who my old account was, I would not have a blank reputation, sorry.
