They are called "animated gifs" and are saved with the format ".gif". Just type in "animated gif" into google images (I typed in: rubik's cube "animated gif" in to get mine).

actually you upload them the same way as you upload any normal picture.
hand in mine into your icy blues, and then i'd say to you we could take to the highway with this trunk of ammunition too, i'd end my days with you in a hail of bullets

you can find some online, but I made mine in photoshop. there are tutorials on how to make them in photoshop as well as some websites that will make them for you. make sure it is 90 by 90 pixles or less or scratch wont be able to make it your avatar.
