Here comes Minecon!

Yes, the full version is coming. I will be redoing most of the server, such as removing most plugins and keeping essential plugins (AdminCMD, PermissionsEX, etc.), creating a brand new map, etc. (old maps will be accessable)
Until Bukkit releases a stable build for 1.0, the server will be offline. Note that I said stable as in working fine enough (the first build for 1.8 kicked you when jumping if flying was disabled), it doesn't have to be a recommended build.

I'll try to get the server up most of the time, like every day if possible. What I want to do, but unlikely to happen, is use a computer we have at home and have it running all the time with the server on it.

I didn't count my vote.

I found only 4 votes in the topic right now, and they mostly go for Creative. I'll keep letting people vote until Friday of next week (11/25/11).

PS. Should I start a temporary vanilla server? The world will be copied over to the main server once Bukkit updates.

I'm currently making forums. Of course, I can't advertise it right away when I'm done (it's forums).

Only my ops and certain members will get to see the forums before I approve it with the Scratch Team.

The forums will be simple. It won't have 9001 forums to post in like "Suggestions to add for plugins that have to do with eating raw beef during the day".

I just had almost a full server (17-20/20 people), and I need help from some of my ops monitoring it. If you want to help and you're not an op, ask.

Apparently, someone said they found my server on Planet Minecraft, then they changed to Minecraft Forums. That's why a ton of people I don't recognize are joining. I'm fine with this, as long as no swearing and no griefing happens.

Is it up? It doesn't seem to be working...
