CNWU: California nerf war union

as I said this is big, what I am planning is to set up an organization of nerf gunners within California, we will have nerf wars, literally wars, if this works beyond my imagination then we could talking 500 people wars, how do we organize this? walkie talkies and a huge battle field (bigger than malls), there are minimal requirements that anyone who likes nerf can meet, but pleez this is going to take awhile so help me with this

requirements to join:
-you must own at least 1 nerf gun with enough bullets to load it completely
-you must at least 1 walkie talkie too
-you must be above 9 and under 18 (pleez this could be brutal, we don't want little kids getting into this)

how this works:
-there will be an set day and time to meet up
-modes will vary
-there will be a player limit
-you will sign up on the website (once made)
-you may bring up to one friend IF you have two nerf guns at least with all the ammo needed to fill them up
-you will sign friends up like this "friend from (your name)"
