Yeah
Recommend webs. You can code a site yourself or use the site building thingy.
You could also go through all the steps and get a real domain. EDIT: You can do this with webs. You should check if buying a domain or a webs domain is more expensive.

yeah my b'day is the second of november lol... i like doing HTML myself aswell... WYSIWYG is boring especially the themes... the only useful things that other ppl make is the template which u can easily change to look cool
