The Scratch Community and Forums are a great place to ask questions about Scratch. The Forum sections "All about Scratch" and "Troubleshooting" are very helpful. Feel free to ask about any questions or regards you have. 
If you need help but you can't find it on the Forums, or the Scratch Community can't help you, then you can use the Scratch Wiki. It was made by and for Scratchers and has lots of information about Scratch.

Welcome to Scratch! Lately, i've seen many helpful topics on the "New Scratch Members"
forums. The stickied, and as well as the other non-stickied topics that give some usseful info, can give info about some stuff like:
• "That new Scratcher Status [stickied]"
• "What is Scratch"
• "What is spamming"
... and many more. These aren't the only ones, however.
You just have to do a little finding.
