i remember middle school
one vice principal punished everyone
like some idiot put a muffin down a toilet and broke it.
so he took like 10 random kids and yelled at them.
and then when he couldn't find out who did it he just banned the mens restroom and made us go to the nurse instead.
middle school is fun for goofing off

I know how you feel about stupid rules.
Our lunch rule is stupid: We have to raise our hand to get up for ANYTHING, that includes getting lunch, clearing our trays, and getting up to get a stupid napkin if we forgot it.
We also can't go to our lockers before the bell rings without an adult. LOLWUT?!

So THAT's what happened to him...

once the whole fifth grade couldn't use some equipment because a few were dinking around on it
and yeah, this year 8th graders can't join the yearbook club because they "messed it up" last year. we're not even the same people [removed]

my school is small,so we don't have to change to other classrooms for class until 5th grade,so we do all of our classes in on class.also i got a detention for lighly pushing a kid in PE.they won't even let you use the bathroom until the appropiate time, even if its an emergency, and the principle doesn't care.

In Texas, for students to not have any breaks to go outside for at least 15 minutes, is considered breaking the law, and you can go to jail for it.
I assume you don't live in Texas though
Our school is breaking the law.

My primary school headteacher stole £50.000 and spent it on a house extension.

Yeah, my school was just overly stupid.
The IT teacher didn't know anything about IT, so we spent the lessons on scratch and MS paint.
She shouldn't be an IT teacher then
The PE teacher put me in inclusions (sitting in a cubical staring at a wall) for a month for getting my nose almost broken in a fight (which wasn't my fault, someone pushed me into a crowd of people) while the attacker got off with a warning.
Tell somebody of importance about that.
The science teacher excluded me from school for 3 days for smelling of smoke.... in a science room after we had a lesson about combustion.
Yet another bad teacher you should tell somebody of importance about.
The art teacher forced us to draw stupidly boring things, like the broken cello she had laying about. I wanted to do manga, but whenever I did it got thrown away.
Oh, well then. And you shouldn't have drawn manga if it got thrown away.
Bullying was very badly handled, the victim would be put in inclusions instead of having breaks to "stop them from being bullied" and the bully got off with it all.
Yet again, someone of importance.
The music teacher told us off for playing a song even though that was the song we were supposed to be playing.
You should have told him that, then.
Teachers would join in verbally bullying kids, even when they're in tears.
Tell an important person. If that doesn't work, kick everybody c: (don't really, just tell somebody)
The PE teachers allowed fights, he even condones them if 2 kids are angry at eachother.
If it's teacher or teachers, you should tell somebody. Of importance.
The English teacher was so busy teaching creative writing she didn't notice that most the kids don't even remember punctuation and spelling from year 3.
That's their problem. They'll learn.
The maths teacher picked a random person from the register every lesson, whenever people did something wrong he would get the blame (was meant to be a guilt type of thing, but most the kids were happy that they could be bad and someone else would get the blame) and most the time it was magically me.
I didn't follow. They got it wrong and random people got the blame? Telllll someonnnnnne
Any money over £20 gets taken off of you because it's apparently "drug money", I've lost over £100 over the last 3 years by this stupid rule.
You need to tell somebody like a policeman because that could be considered stealing...
The corridors had a strict 1 way system, if you walk past your class you had to walk round again.
Then don't pass it and if you do, pretend you didn't.
They punish you in school for things that happen out of school (like things on facebook etc).
On cold days you could come home to find that most teachers had reported you for smoking on school grounds even though it was just steam and they weren't paying enough attention.
Telllllllll
We weren't allowed to come into class until the set time, even though most the time there was snow up to your waist.
Wear very warm stuff and get to school right before the set time (I assume that means homeroom)
Teachers were hypocrites, I quote my math teacher "Don't [removed] swear!".
Tellllll
The last day before I moved to London to be home schooled was the best day of my life. Imagine being able to walk round, do what you like and nothing will happen, because they weren't allowed to give you detention the same day you got it I could do anything and I wouldn't be there the next day to deal with the punishment. Things like turning the gas tap on then setting it alight to make a flamethrowerThat's dangerous and wrong , shooting out the lights with an airsoft gunWrong, but I don't know if it's dangerous because I've never seen that sort of thig. , being amazingly annoying in PEEh. Wait, couldn't you not do anything for a month?? , drawing * and ponies on the whiteboard while the teacher left That's mean and wrong., moving teacher's things about to mess with their mind Mean and wrong, rickroll the teacher while they do somethingHow do you do that? , draw pentagrams on all the doors I guess it depends on the marker and if the doors were like expensive wood and throwing people's bags out the window That's dangerous and terrible! You could have hit somebody in the head and made whoever's backpack you threw very upset. I know I would have literally cried if you threw my stuff out the window. You say you've been bullied, but that's just like being the bully.made my last day awesome.

You weren't there, the window just looked out the a wooded area, nobody walks there.
I wasn't going to do a protest with signs was I?
No teachers cared, there was nobody to tell because they all did it, and taking money wasn't stealing because they had a rule for it.
And this is a school that is falling apart, the doors are made out of 2mm thick ply boards glued together in tech and painted over with cheap paint.
And I made sure I wasn't annoying or hurting students, it was my friends bag and we were messing about, nobody was bullied.
You rickroll the teacher by putting them on the page when they go out the room to do something.
Your definition of mean and wrong is really weird, and damaging all the stuff was payment for them screwing me over for the last few years, in my mind I did too little.
There were teachers who stood outside each classroom to check that you don't go back.

30 kids isn't a few. That's like a whole class of troublemakers. I would do the same thing in your Principal's shoes.

This is terrible. Terrrrrible.
And my 7th grade has 267 kids. Yours is tiny compared to mine.

Dude, the school system was corrupt a long, long, long, time ago. when principles started to not care about the well being of the kids. thats why all those bullies in schools dont get expelled.

Opposite, due to human rights and stuff kids can get away with anything at all. It's like "why should I go to detention, what are they going to do if I don't?"

and also Yeah, sure, they go to detention but they dont get expelled so they don't really get punished at all and they continue bullying.
