How did you get that?

Just type a name for you block, then click Edit.

EDIT: Nothing else.
I liked the obsolete [[say v] []] block. It had say, think, whisper, and shout in the dropdown. If you can get to the source, it should be there.

Whisper was in small font, shout was in large and bold.
