But you wouldnt need a mini of the LHC, the LHC makes black holes on an atomic scale.
A mini LHC would be the smallest unit possible.
But, I think dark matter would work as well, if it could be in a tangible form.By miniature, I mean so it could fit on an interstellar vehicle. Otherwise, you'd have a ship the size of Europe exploring the cosmos.
By the LHC makes "minature" black holes, it makes black holes slightly larger than atoms.

Now moving on to a different discussion, I figured out why black holes get bigger as they suck more in. They don't. You see, because there is less mass in the universe when a black hole absorbs it, the universe gets smaller. So in reality, they're just getting proportionally bigger.
EDIT: Because wolvesstar doesn't want to leave the previous discussion, I'll explain. I don't mean make the black hole smaller, I mean make the device smaller.

there is not less mass. There is less volume, as the black hole gains mass. Haven't you heard of the Law of Conservation of Mass?

Yes, time creates motion. However, it cannot create heat, because heat is made from energy. There is no energy in the 4th dimmension. Energy comes from the 3rd or lower dimmensions, the tangible dimmensions.

I figured out a method for time travel, in case you guys are curious. It's based around the concept of anti-time.
To back in time, you envelop the time machine in a field of anti-time. If the anti-time is stronger than the time around you, it will push you backwards through the series of events we know as duration. To go forward in time, you simply use a field of time to supplement the time around you. The question is how we make time and anti-time fields move faster than the duration around you. It's simple. Gravity. Gravity stretches time.
That awkward moment where you realize every theory in this discussion is linked by gravity.
