Re: Archer - A bow and arrow game

Nice! I really like the update  tongue
Next you should put a freeze one, and maybe one that makes the arrow follow the pointer while it moves (For a couple of seconds, as powerups).

Woah, really? That's awesome! I hope it gets the views it deserved now  big_smile  And btw, you can update a project without putting up a new project by putting the same name in the project name, and then editing it from the site from for example Archer 2.6 to 2.8.

xD Well, I guess that's a good way to think  tongue  If you have a test account, anyways, you should post the old versions in there and new versions in your main one, by uploading the newest one to both your test account and main account, and then delete the old ones on your main account, having them stay on your test account  tongue

If you now ever want to go back and look at other versions of Archer go onto my second channel as recommended by Death_Wish. My second channel is SDKTest and you can find it on my channels friends list.

Re: Archer - A bow and arrow game

Nice  big_smile
I'd recommend three things for the next version:
1.) Better graphics for the monsters and player
2.) Make it so that it starts out not too hard, depending on the level, and it gradually goes higher (Might be hard)
3.) The freeze powerup  tongue  And maybe one that makes the walls disappear for a couple of seconds (Make the walls a seperate sprite, and make them hide while the powerup is active) and maybe one that makes the monster that takes out score hide for a couple of seconds.

Dang dude you always have amazing idea! Me and my friend have brainstormed and came up with an endless mode kind of like Nazi Zombies, a nuke powerup, and a mode where you have to dodge bullets and last as long as possible!

Re: Archer - A bow and arrow game

I have just finished fixing and making a new version of the level Hard and I have also finished the nuke powerup. I am going to go to sleep and when I wake up I will publish the new update. Then tommorrow I will hopefully put out another new version with a freeze powerup and better graphics. Although the graphics may be done through out multiple updates.

Re: Archer - A bow and arrow game

big_smile  Sounds great. The nuke update would do what, kill all monsters on the screen and give you like a +3 score?
And I like the dodging bullets idea  big_smile  And maybe you need to shoot back, and there are some walls to hide behind? But if you don't shoot back, then no walls, or somebody could just stay behind a wall for a long time  tongue

Re: Archer - A bow and arrow game

Awesome  big_smile  But I still think you should put a powerup to disable walls for 5-10 seconds xD And my above suggestions  big_smile
I like to see this game making so much progress. If it keeps on going like this it might be one of my favorites  big_smile
