Math for game programmers

The more technically advanced among you may be interested in taking a look at the tutorials that you will find at the following URL.

The purpose of these tutorials is to teach aspiring game programmers some of the math that they will need to be successful in that endeavor. You will find four tutorials there now with several more scheduled for publication at a rate of one per month over the next several months.

I used math in many of my projects. Mandelbrot, Sierpinski Gasket, easy circles, you name it most of them use it!

I love math. It's my favorite subject. i always like trying to put in math functions in my games (actually, when I mess around, I put in very confusing math scripts that do nothing, but it's fun  smile

im working on a 3D game in space. that uses quite a lot of trig and matrices to control rotation.

My Rubik's Cube, you could say, uses a lot of math. But it is very simply coded
