Is there a problem in numerical value recognition?
To person who understands Japanese.
At first I'm Japanese.
If Japanese is for the person who is not readable, I put an English sentence under the Japanese.
Because I am weak in English, please permit that I do that it becomes a strange English sentence and reach it.
In addition, I translate some English sentences using translation function of Yahoo! Translation.

数値認識に問題あり？

私はScratch1.4を日本語表記で使用しています。
I use Scratch1.4 in Jpanese notation.
<wait( )secsc>の数値に1.61や1.84などを入れると、1.6099999... や1.8399999...となってしまいます。
If I input 1.61 or 1.84 into value of <wait( )secsc>, value of <wait( )secsc> will become 1.6099999... or 1.839999... .
<wait( )secsc>↓
<wait( 1.61 )secsc>→<wait( 1.609999 )secsc>
<wait( 1.84 )secsc>→<wait( 1.8399999 )secsc>
これってバグですよね？
Is this the bug?

There was a topic a while ago about how Scratch sometimes can't store numbers accurately... unfortunately, I can't find the topic 
I think this is a similar case though.

このような症状はバグであり、私だけのことではないと。
That symptom is the bug. And, it doesn't happen only to me.
原因がわからないとのことですけれど、Scratch1.5だか2が出れば改善されてますかね？
Though you do not seem to understand a cause, is it improved if Scratch1.5 or 2 appears?
私は、いつか改良版が出てこういうことが改善されていることを願います。
I hope that an improved version appears before us sometime, and such a thing is improved.
