What color was the comment block in Scratch 1.2?

No, it (probably) wasn't red like if you look at one in 1.4; it (probably) looks red because it's obsolete. But anyway, what's the color?  tongue

It'd be even awesomer if you gave a link to where I can get the Scratch 1.2 image file so I could look at it myself and have the image  big_smile

(No, don't look at the Scratch Wiki for a picture - that one's gray, and I made that image myself by recoloring an obsolete (red) comment block with the color from a gray block in BYOB)

Re: What color was the comment block in Scratch 1.2?

It was light grey (which looked out of place, being in the Control section and all  tongue )

In fact, here's a screenshot from the original 1.2 beta:

I'm taking a break from Scratch until 2.0 comes out. Any messages sent between then and now probably won't be read - sorry.

Is the picture in the Scratch Wiki article okay?

It's close, yours is slightly darker. But if you want, you can get the 1.2 beta (which has the comment block) from this thread.

Re: What color was the comment block in Scratch 1.2?

You saw it as red because you were viewing it as an obsolete block (obsolete blocks are red).  smile
