Only one project per person can get on the front page at a time, and that project can only appear in one section. For example, the current 2nd top loved project is also featured 
If a project is featured, it, or another project by the same person cannot appear in top loved, top viewed, top remixed, or curated.
If a project is top loved, it, or another project by the same person cannot appear in top viewed, top remixed, or curated.
The front page "hierarchy" continues down - any project on a tier can appear on the tier above, and disappear from the original tier.
